We are looking for a Peoplesoft Developer to join our growing IT HR Augmentation team in Malad, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain Peoplesoft applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across business processes. This role is perfect for professionals with hands-on experience in Peoplesoft development who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:-

As an Peoplesoft Developer, you will:

• Develop and customize Peoplesoft modules, including HCM, FSCM, or relevant applications.
• Create and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine Programs, and SQR reports.
• Work on component interfaces, records, and workflow configurations.
• Collaborate with functional analysts and administrators to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Document design specifications, development changes, and technical procedures.

Must-Have Skills:-

To excel in this position, you should have:

• 4–5 years of experience in Peoplesoft Development.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and Query tools.
• Experience with integration points, component interfaces, and workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management (Oracle SQL or MS SQL).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Good-to-Have Skills:-

• Experience with Peoplesoft HCM or FSCM modules.
• Knowledge of PeopleTools, Fluid Applications, and Web Services integration.
• Prior exposure to upgrade and patching projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and SDLC practices.
