JRK Infotech is hiring experienced professionals for the position of Onsite / Helpdesk Application Specialist across multiple locations in India. The role requires candidates with 3+ years of experience in Facility Management Systems / Technical Support. Candidates with a Diploma in IT or a Graduate in Science are eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Provide application support and resolve day-to-day technical issues.
• Perform troubleshooting and identify issues related to applications and systems.
• Provide MFA, DSC, and security-related support.
• Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for escalation and issue resolution.
• Maintain proper reporting and daily activity logs.
• Support users and ensure timely resolution of technical concerns.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Must-Have Skills:-

• Experience in application support and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of helpdesk operations and ticket management.
• Knowledge of MFA and DSC-related processes.
• Understanding of security support activities.
• Good escalation and coordination skills.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Experience in Facility Management Systems / Technical Support.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Education: Diploma in IT / Graduate in Science.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management System / Technical Support.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
