• Strong interpersonal skills for candidate relationship building

Key Responsibilities: –

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on required skills and job fit
• Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates
• Conduct initial interviews, tests, and assessments as needed
• Ensure continuous follow-up and maintain contact until joining
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Represent the company at recruitment drives, job fairs, and events
• Prepare and post engaging job ads on multiple platforms
• Maintain a strong employer brand and promote a positive candidate experience
• Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
