Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage and resolve user tickets related to banking applications within defined SLAs.
- Provide technical support for deposit, loan, and clearing modules.
- Execute SQL queries (SELECT and UPDATE) for troubleshooting and analysis.
- Track issues using a ticketing tool, ensuring prompt closure and SLA adherence.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business users to deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
Must-Have Skills:-
- Experience in banking support with deposits, loans, and clearing.
- Proficiency in ticketing tools and SLA compliance.
- Basic SQL skills for query handling.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Good-to-Have Skills:-
- Exposure to Core Banking Systems (CBS).
- Prior experience as a Technical Support Engineer in financial domains.
Education:-
Only B.E/B.Tech graduates are eligible.
