We are looking for a dedicated Application Support Engineer to join our growing team in Belapur, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of SQL and Linux, and the ability to support business-critical applications in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

As an Application Support Engineer, you will:

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support enterprise applications.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Execute SQL queries to validate data and perform backend analysis.
• Work with the Linux environment for server and application-level troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for application maintenance and deployments.
• Provide timely and accurate incident updates, adhering to SLAs.
• Be available for 24×7 rotational shifts as per project requirements.

Must-Have Skills:-

To excel in this position, you should have:

• Good understanding of SQL queries and database concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Linux commands and system operations.
• Hands-on experience or exposure to Application Support processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to work in a 24×7 support model.

Good-to-Have Skills:-

• Knowledge or experience in the Banking Domain.
• Exposure to ticketing tools, incident management, or L1/L2 support.
• Basic scripting knowledge for automation and monitoring.
