We are hiring an experienced Manual Tester Lead with strong expertise in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing manual testing processes, ensuring software quality, and leading end-to-end testing cycles.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with developers and clients to deliver reliable, high-quality banking solutions on time.

Key Responsibilities:-

As a Manual Tester Lead, you will:

• Design, prepare, and execute detailed test cases.
• Conduct defect tracking, debugging, and regression testing.
• Ensure timely coordination with the development team for defect resolution.
• Communicate effectively with clients to clarify requirements and report progress.
• Maintain high-quality testing standards and adhere to SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and documentation.

Must-Have Skills:-

To excel in this position, you should have:

• 6+ years of experience in Manual Testing.
• Strong SQL knowledge for data validation and backend testing.
• Proficiency in WebLogic and related middleware testing.
• Prior experience in Banking or Financial applications (mandatory).
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage a testing team.

Good-to-Have Skills:-

Banking domain knowledge with exposure to financial systems.
