We are hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant in Mumbai with 2–8 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Compensation Management, Bonus/Variable Pay, Rewards, and Recognition processes. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules, ensuring seamless integration with HR workflows.
Key Responsibilities:-
As an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant, you will:
- Design and configure compensation plans, eligibility rules, and business rules.
- Manage bonus and variable pay programs, budgets, and reward frameworks.
- Create and maintain compensation statements, route maps, and templates.
- Ensure secure access using role-based permissions.
- Support HR teams with rewards & recognition processes.
- Work with ServiceNow ticket tool for issue resolution and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align compensation processes with business strategy.
Must-Have Skills:-
- 2–8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
- Strong knowledge of Compensation plan design, bonus/variable pay, and budget allocation.
- Hands-on experience with eligibility rules, route maps, role-based permissions, and business rules.
- Understanding of reward and recognition workflows.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
Education:-
- Any Graduate (HR, IT, or Business preferred).
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification is an added advantage.
