Required Skill Set: –

- Creative talent acquisition strategies and sourcing techniques
- Knowledge of job posting on career websites, newspapers, and forums
- Strong interpersonal skills for candidate relationship building
Key Responsibilities: –
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on required skills and job fit
- Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates
- Conduct initial interviews, tests, and assessments as needed
- Ensure continuous follow-up and maintain contact until joining
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Represent the company at recruitment drives, job fairs, and events
- Prepare and post engaging job ads on multiple platforms
- Maintain a strong employer brand and promote a positive candidate experience
- Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
